Recently Ferrari has debuted the Ferrari 812 Superfast that is powered by a 789 horsepowered 6.5-leter V12 engine. This is the most powerful car the Italian auto maker has ever built in the 70-years of its’ history.

The 812 has a top speed of 221 mph and can reach 62 mph in 2.9 seconds. The 812 has a price tag of $515,000 once it goes on sale around the world.

Drivetribe found this 1:2 scale model of the Ferrari 812 Superfast that was the demo car used in wind tunnel testing in Maranello. The model is hand-made from carbon-fiber and a few other secret prototype materials. The wind tunnel is used to test and modify the fluid dynamics of the vehicle.

This scale model will be sold on September 9th at the a auction that the Maranello Factory will be having. The model is expected to go for between $337,000 – $385,000.
