Sebring 12 Hour Testing Underway

In just under a month one of the largest American endurance race weekend will be underway at Sebring International Raceay in Sebring, FL. The event name even goes with how large the event will be, The Super Sebring ticket includes access to the FIA WEC 1000 Miles of Sebring on Friday March 15th and the 67th Annual Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring on Saturday March 16th.
On Friday, the WEC championship will take place with the GTE, GTE AM, LMP2 and LMP1 category racing around the famous Florida circuit. The WEC an endurance racing championship that travels all over the world and competes in races at the most world renowned circuits in races that range from 6 hours to the infamous 24 Hours of Le Mans. On March 9-10 29 cars from the WEC will set out for their testing laps prior to the Super Sebring event double-header.
On Saturday, the 12 Hours of Sebring will take place with the IMSA organization that heads up the 24 Hour endurance at Daytona just a few weeks ago. The classes that will compete in the 12 Hours of Sebring are GTD, GTLM, LMP2 and DPi.
The past few days at Sebring, the IMSA WeatherTech cars have been testing for the upcoming 12 hour race. Below is footage of the IMSA cars dialing their cars in.
