The ex-Porsche LMP1 program Team Principal moves to Managing Director of McLaren Racing and will be directly reporting to McLaren CEO. Zak Brown. After achieving great success with the Porsche LMP1 program prior to Porsche not moving forward with the program in 2017 this is a great step for Seidl with his talents of managing racing teams.Andreas has a lot of Formula 1 experience before WEC LMP1 with Porsche. Seidl was Head of Track Operations at BMW-Sauber up until 2009 and before Sauber Williams-BMW.
