iRacing Will Add BMW M8 GTE To Sim

iRacing this past week leaked a youtube video of the latest GT racer from BMW. The BMW M8 GTE will add to the growing list of GTE/GTLM cars entering the sim race. Currently iRacing has 3 of the 5 GTE/GTLM category cars racing online. The Ferrari 488 GTE, Ford GT and Porsche 991 RSR are already in the iRacing store.

iRacing has not yet released the exact date of the BMW M8 GTE will enter the store for purchase but in typical iRacing fashion they want to make sure all their grounds are covered when making the update to the sim. Below is iRacing’s introduction video the M8 GTE. The BMW M8 GTE is already available in other games such as Forza Motorsport and rFactor 2
